Remove Video Ads on YouTube

If this goal is maintained I will turn off the video ads that play during my content (the "TrueDisplay" overlay ads will be a different goal); this should allow for an uninterrupted view of all my videos (This may only apply to future videos, depending on the amount of effort required to make the change retroactive).

Patron Teamspeak Server
Hang out with me in TS! If this goal is reached, I will find a TS server provider and my patrons will be able to hang out with me during my streams. (Patron TS is a privilege, not a "right"; there will be rules regarding language and topics that are not allowed. The TS must be a safe place for everyone.)
Support more creators
I've got quite a few people I've been wanting to support on Patreon, and this goal will finally make it possible for me to support more of the people who inspire me.
Patron Game Server(s)
If this goal can be maintained, I will not only set up a Minecraft server for my patrons, I will also dedicate at least one stream per month (possibly more) to hanging out with my patrons on the server and touring their bases. I may also (no promises) publish each tour to YouTube.

Recording Upgrades - Gradual
I have a few upgrades I need to do if I want to provide higher quality, lag-free videos. This goal will be a big step towards covering those expenses. At this rate, I will be able to buy 1-2 items from my "Upgrades" wishlist per month until I have replaced or upgraded everything that needs it (some things will take more than 1 month to save for though).

I have a few upgrades I need to do if I want to provide higher quality, lag-free videos. This goal will be a big step towards covering those expenses. At this rate, I will be able to make all the necessary upgrades in 2-4 months, instead of almost a year (computer parts are expensive).

Gaming is a way to relax and have fun; recording is a way to share that fun with others. I try to do my best to provide entertaining content that is family friendly and fun to watch.
I work full-time as programmer and support for a WordPress theme club, and YouTube easily fills almost all of my "free" time. I'm slowly seeing my subscriber base growing, but it's difficult to put in so much time and effort and see such little monetary reward while the biggest channels are full-time and rolling in the profits. It's an extremely top-heavy "rich get richer" system.
I would be thrilled to get to a point where I can make this channel a sustainable part-time or full-time job, and I would be extremely grateful to be able to earn enough money to be able to cover the cost of computer upgrades, recording equipment, or even just take my wife on a date to show her how much her support is appreciated.
