khaos i have 2 messages and a link in each, one for term 9 one for 10 but when i click them the page comes up saying private.. have i messed out on getting these even though i have paid for them? thankyou in advance.(p.s each message also has a code of letters and numbers)

B Fashola Hi, I've been pretty busy and have not downloaded the long tutorials from term 15 and 16. The website link for the process video takes me to the usual place; but there are no files to download, they were visible before. I've downloaded the majority of term 15, but none of term 16. Please advise. I've tried using both Chrome and Explorer.

Hachimitsu Hey sakimichan, i don't think I have received tier 16..and I just recently got the tier 17 reward. Did you released tier 16 yet or no? because I haven't received any news letter regarding about it other than saying its completed!

Sakimi Chan Hello Hachimitsu, it seems like you have set your max pledge to $5 try to see if you can set your max to "no max set" and it should be fine for future pledges. also please let me know if you are still interested in Term 16. Thank you :)

Hachimitsu I changed the max set to ten because I didn't expect to see a release for Tier 15 and 16 to happen on the same month!. I think what happened was that when your at the convention, you kinda delayed it's release. Hopefully I fixed this but again, I haven't received 16 but got 15 and 17 which didn't made any sense!. Wish i can talk to you private during the convention because there is a commission i wanted to ask but the email i received seems suspicious~!
