At this funding level we will produce one episode of Learning Space every month! You are paying for time and equipment, and making it possible for us to improve astronomy education.

Hosted by astronomer Nicole Gugliucci and science education researcher Georgia Bracey, each 1 hour installment of Learning Space includes a demonstration, an interview or discussion with people doing awesome space science related education, and will be accompanied by show notes to help you learn more and do more. Episodes will be recorded via Google Hangouts on Air, and archived on YouTube channel, and used in the 365 Days of Astronomy podcast. Check out a detailed budget here.

Take the above, and multiply by two. Isn't that awesome? Get a new Learning Space two times a month? ($ details)
3 episodes a month
$1,456 per month
Yes folks, at this level we get to scale up to THREE episodes a month! Same stuff as one episode a month, but with three times more learning! ($ details)
4 episodes a month!
$1,977 per month
At this funding level we'll be almost weekly! Sure, we'll take off New Year's week and maybe another week here and there, but... We'll be able to produce 4 episodes a month and 48 episodes a year, and isn't that perfection? (And if you fund us for 4 episodes a month we'll invest in good software so everything we do can be done at a higher quality.) ($ details)

Learning Space helps educators - in the classroom and everywhere else - discover the best new ways to get people engaged in astronomy.  We track down all that is awesome and new, from classroom curricula to summer programs to TV programs, and bring the creators onto our show to tell us how you and the learners in your life can get involved.

Everyday, people around the world are developing awesome new programs that let learners engage in Astronomy. With Learning Space, we’re working to create a single place where all these programs can get highlighted.

This Patreon campaign asks you to help us keep this show going. We need your help covering staff salaries, and to allow us to know we will be able replace any of our hardware that breaks and upgrade our software when that next upgrade requires a new software license.

With your help we will make it easier for educators to inspire people with astronomy.
