You guys fucking ROCK! Lets take some risks! Let's go BIG!
Production Value
This is starting to look like a budget now! I get here and I can actually start getting some real quality stuff going!
Animated Series
I can now afford to pay animators like it's an actual job! Regular 3-5 minute cartoons are now totally on the table!
Holy Shit
Nothing is impossible now! All the wheels are turning and it's time to oil up the machine! Also, you're probably funding a cocaine addiction.
Seriously, Stop.
What the hell am I going to do with this, start a studio??? Actually come to think of it...
What Happened?!?!
Who the hell are all these guys in suits? I remember when this used to be about the people. I've changed, man. I used to be cool.
Mad With Power
The politicians are in my pocket now.

Let's get this out of the way first: My content will always be free. There is no pressure to donate if you don't want to or are short on cash. I'm not going to hold anything hostage from you. That said, let me explain what this Patreon is for.
I want to be able to invest in bigger projects. I want to pay my animators fairly. I have a dream that one day I'll be able to entertain hundreds of thousands of people and still bring in as much money as a night manager at a fast food restaurant. Any little bit helps.
Staying constantly productive is a full time job. Does it pay like one? Barely, but it's also far from free. I put lots of time and money into making videos. It's not until months after release that I see a dime back, and there's no guarantee I'll make the money back that I put into it, (I usually don't) which means every major project is a huge personal risk for me. Live action and music projects require props and equipment that are usually extremely fucking expensive. Animated projects take months, and since I'm not confident in my own animation abilities I often pay my animators more for videos than I actually make off of them (which is still shamefully low for the amount of work they do.)
Until now I've been paying for all this out of pocket by saving up money from Twitch streams, side jobs, and the slow trickle of views on older YouTube videos. It's gotten to the point where I have to save up for months to be able to take the financial loss of making a video that might pay for itself over the course of a year. It slows down my productivity a lot, forces me to scale back my projects, and puts anything ambitious or risky completely out of the question.
I want to give you BETTER content. I have tons of ideas on the back-burner that are either too ambitious or too expensive and it frustrates the hell out of me. I want to constantly improve my production value. I want to make videos that are interesting and funny to me and not have to worry about how broad of an audience I can get to make it go viral. I want to focus on the craft and not the numbers. I've avoided Patreon for a long time, and if I thought I could bring you better stuff without it, you wouldn't be reading this right now. Help me make some good shit.
