I've been an artist, filmmaker and wordsmith on the topics of feminism, radical performance art, motherhood, the documentation of our sexual culture, kink and pornography for over a decade. I've been published in multiple books ("The Ultimate Guide to Kink" and "Johns, Marks, Tricks and Chickenhawks: Professionals & Their Clients Writing about Each Other", "The Best Sex Writing of 2013: The State of Today's Sexual Culture" "Porn Studies: Academic Journal" and my memoir "Daddy:A Memoir") . My art work and performances have been exhibited in venues ranging from the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts in San Francisco to participating in performance art collaborations at the SF MOMA.

Art is my passion. My artistic manifestations take many forms - film, photography, text, performance, installation and theater. I've maintained a steady practice of presenting new radical performance art works as well as writing and experiential art happenings and films that create community dialogue on critical societal topics like consent, body positivity, celebration of self, creating space for self expression and presenting works that are palpable with emotion.  Performance that guides the audience's experience to an emotional depth in a way that is liberating, empowered and invites them to experience life in a brand new way.

This is where I want to spend my energy as a an artist - writing, creating new performance art works and films that gift our culture with permission to feel and structure in which to communicate their feelings, their desires, their passions. Although my work is screened, exhibited, and read through out the world, many platforms don't pay their artists or writers (except in exposure) or it's barely enough to pay my sitter for the time it takes to write the piece or create the art work.

I have multiple works that are sitting on the back burner that I continue to slowly forge forward with at 5am in the morning until my toddler wakes up. Your support would allow me to create more space and time in my life to afford to create more work and expand the conversation of loving ourselves, those around us and ultimately how that can change the world.

I have two books that are in proposal format that are in need of my attention - "DIY Porn Handbook:Documenting Our Sexual Revolution" and "Raising a Feminist: The Toddler Years". I am also developing a script for a feminist independent film " Beyond the Machine" and a theater piece based on my memoir "Daddy". Additional works include art books including "Femina Potens: A Decade of Art Sex and Feminism", " and "Portraits of a Sexual Revolution: The Face of Feminist Pornography"

I have a group of wonderful editors, volunteers and interns to assist with lay out and graphic design, copy editors, brilliant artists assisting with book covers and art work and script writers and dramaturge to assist and coach me through my process of manifesting each individual work.

Here's how this works- you set a tip amount for whenever I release a new Radical Artistic Manifestation (which will be posted the form of a video, series of 5 visual art works, or written word). You can decide how much you're willing to spend per month, and can even set a limit so you can create a budget (in case I create more Artistic Manifestations than expected). My definition for an Artistic Manifestation is 750+ written words- it might be work on one of the above listed book projects (which I'll keep you updated on), or an artist statement accompanying a visual art work such as video of a new performance a piece, a photo series of 3 visual art works, a 3 min+ video art piece, a 5 min + short film or an article/essay of new work. Content will cover topics relating to feminism, identity, gender, pornography, motherhood, performance art, sexual health/intimacy/relationships, or BDSM.
