MAN_AGE publishes meaningful stories of perseverance amidst mental health struggles in an effort to challenge unnecessary societal pressures, create a community of voices and combat isolation. Stories are currently featured on man-age.com, but we're developing a free monthly digital magazine.

MAN_AGE also develops tool-kits, self-help guides and workshops that educate men about health conditions, symptoms and early warning signs. Through these, we will reduce the time it takes to seek help, encourage and normalise male-to-male communication, and prevent suicides and/or avoidable terminal diagnoses.

With this small donation, you will help as we gather and share stories and articles. MAN_AGE takes a lot of work, almost all done by James, with help from a couple amazing volunteers.

$7.00 / £5.52 is the price of a couple coffees, which will help support James as he works remotely to make change... All donations will go to the upkeep and development of a free monthly magazine.

(Also, when the first issue of MAN_AGE is published, your name will be listed as an 'early supporter'.)
