Hi I'm Marcus and I love to share things!

This is my website!

I'm a songwriter, a podcaster, and a blogger. I'm on a mission to share relentlessly, without abandon, with the entire world. I've made a promise to myself to be honest and be genuine so that we can connect better. Here's what I'd like to share with you...

I make music After finishing Go Let Go, I sat and thought for a moment. "Maybe I should just wait for the all the execs to court me and buy me an island," because it was apparent to my delusional little brain that this was the best record ever constructed. After all the phone calls turned out to be telemarketers, I decided to open myself up to the possibility of not touring with my main man Bono this year, on U2's upcoming "FourLoco" tour. Instead, I got back to work. I'm currently working on a new full-length record entitled "The Meantime." I'm close to halfway through, but I have no idea what'll happen next, as it has yet to be written. I'm allowing it to come to me. I, in response, take it upon my self to bring it to fruition when it appears. I've decided to share the first four songs (in a secret private link) with anyone willing to become a patron at any level. They're not done-done, but they're pretty close. I hope you enjoy it so much that you melt into a delicious sandwich of gooey cosmic emotions.

I host a podcast.   MAKE MY DAY.
"Have you heard the word, Bird?"
Make My Day is "next level genius," says aspiring genius, Jo Rogan. This show is generally inane, but many people are calling it "important" and "bone-chillingly brilliant." I host guests, create jingles for unofficial and unwilling sponsors, conduct impromptu songwriting workshops, and field calls from my devoted listeners. If you pledge a ton of money I might consider having you come on the show for an interview, or I could do an advertisement for your business, if you got one of them.

I blog. You might be asking yourself, "What is Blog?" I know... Whoever came up with that word was being very stupid, but the internet age may be stuck with this gem. A blog is basically a series of essays that are generally experiential and written from the perspective of the author. In other words, a blog is where honest people embarrass themselves by revealing too much about their weaknesses and problems. It might be tough for you to read my blog as you most likely think of me as 100% problem free kinda guy, but to tell you the truth, I suffer from mild to moderate real world problems. If you can't handle that, don't read my blog...

make videos.  Just like every other Fancy Freddie, I have a YouTube page. YouTube is basically the Blockbuster Video of the internet, if you did not know.
Blockbuster Video is basically the Hollywood Video of the 2000s, if you didn't know... My YouTube page is filled with edifying content ranging from my incredible guitar lesson series, "How To Play," to my life changing advice videos aptly named, "Dear Marcus." I also do covers and normals (originals) as well. Check it out, especially if you like consuming content that shows off my beautiful face in HD video (3D and 4K coming soon probably).

And so, I thank you in advance for being here and for being a supporter. Your support doesn't have to be monetary; engaging with my stuff is a gift in itself. Love to you all. I look forward to a lifetime of sharing with you.
