About
My name is Taoki, also known as Mircea Kitsune. I was born in 1989 and live in Bucharest in Romania. I'm a computer nerd, interested in gaming and everything open-source... currently a contributor to several FOSS game engines as well as a 3D animator. Since 2014 I've taken a stronger interest in science... particularly quantum physics, biohacking, and consciousness. I've been part of the furry fandom since 2005, which I joined as a consequence of being trans-species (otherkin).

I make 3D animated shorts, and create or contribute to multiple game projects. I specialize in camera tracking, meaning the integration of animated elements into real life video. Most of what I do is furry / anthro art (including MLP). I focus on general themes as well as arguably NSFW art, with an inclination toward soft vore and micro / macro.
I support and work with open-source software exclusively. Such as Blender for animation, GIMP or Inkscape for 2D art, and Audacity for sound. Note that my work often includes content created by other people. For example, many of my models are based on models published by 3D artists, while games rely on external engines or libraries. All content I work with is freely licensed, excluding CC-BY-SA-NC and CC-BY-SA-ND. In return, I aim to release everything I create under a free license myself, typically CC-BY-* for art and GPL for code.
Since animation is a lengthy process and game development even more so, I cannot make promises in regard to quantity, although I strive for good quality. I seek to release at least one animation every 3 months, typically even faster. It's likely that I'll only create a new game every few years... but most games will be ongoing projects, meaning they should be regularly updated.
I require support in order to survive; I don't currently have another job nor believe I may be getting one soon. Both me and my mother rely on help from relatives, and could be left without an income at any time. Animation and game development are the only things I'm somewhat skilled at and love doing, so I'm hoping that Patreon will now allow me to make a living off them too. For a stable existence, I'll ultimately require at least 200$ a month.
