I learned everything I know about sewing from the kind bloggers that came before me.  Every dress diary and tutorial had a new technique or experimental method, and they really helped me grow into the costumer I am today.  I aim to give back what they gave me, at first with my sewing blog, MorganDonner.com, and more recently, my videos on YouTube.  I have had several awesome years so far creating and sharing my historical outfits and accessories with all of you, and I hope to have many more!

I originally started this Patreon to help cover my website fees, but you amazing people have far surpassed the coverage for that, so I have been using the kind support given here to upgrade my equipment, allowing for better quality photos, videos, and audio. This is my very distant dream of a goal, but I think if I don't put a number on it, I will never really give myself permission to do it: at this point, I would be able to stop working a day job and focus 100% of my working hours on sewing, videos, and providing content.  I would post new videos more often, and be able to take on much bolder, time-intensive projects.
