Hey guys. I'm asking fans to pledge whatever they can. My goal is to earn $1000 a month so I can shoot new episodes of Talking Classics. A new ep every month. Talking Classics is a mockumentary series on Keith Apicary, a classic gaming fan. The series revolves around Keith in his home town of Woonsocket RI. Keith talks about the games, consoles and characters he loves, why he loves them and what he does with that love to pass the time. Like dragging arcade cabinets on to public buses or hiding from police after climbing into the ceiling of an airport baggage claim. There are real life/public/hidden camera moments, written narrative/character driven storyline elements and actual gaming facts that make up an episode. Talking Classics is the series that brought Keith to the world and many people don't even know what it is. Keith has become pretty popular from his dance videos, music video appearances and WWE involvement. So now it's time all the new fans see what got him here in the first place.
I spend a lot of money shooting Talking Classics and I don't ever make it back in Youtube earnings. Expenses include games, props, paying actors, post FX, hiring crew, food for crew, and evening out my funds when I tell my agent I can't go out for auditions (which is a lot when shooting TC). It's also hard to shoot videos when most of my time is spent acting in other things outside of my own videos. If I'm able to earn $1k a month then I can put less time into other projects and more into my own videos. This money will also spill over into other videos. I can use any money earned to create all of my Youtube content. I know there are other characters people would like to see more of. This will just help me do more of everything.
I know some people won't agree with me asking for money when I used to just make the videos on my own for free. I don't really like asking either. But I've been making free videos for people to watch for 9 years and I have put 99% of everything I've made from YT back into the videos. I don't make a profit from YT. So if you want to help me out I'll give you more stupidity every month.
