Hire some HELP!
You would not believe how much time and energy it takes to make the weekly videos for you. If you've seen some of the vlogs on my personal channel, you can see how tired and stressed I am all the time from having to put in that much energy each week. Ideally, I'd love to hire some additional help so that I can focus all my time and energy into researching and writing amazing episodes for you all!

Hey everyone! Thanks
for checking out our Patreon page.

I'm Scott, and my friends and I make videos and podcasts about comic books on a weekly basis.
I started NerdSync with my friends as a way to reach out to other fans, to create an open community for newcomers and experts alike to participate in informative and thought-provoking discussions on the little-known trivia, fascinating stories, and mind-blowing theories surrounding the thing we love most: Comic Books!
I'm passionate about learning. I love to learn about anything from psychology, philosophy, science, history, culture, and much more. NerdSync is a place where I can merge my love of learning with my love of comics to create something truly unique!

Comic Misconceptions
I started a YouTube series called Comic Misconceptions on our YouTube channel, NerdSync Productions, wherein each week I tackle a topic I find interesting, like "How Does Daredevil See?" or "Why is Lex Luthor Bald?" and even "Is Deadpool a Rip-Off of Deathstroke?" As you can see, I like to ask a lot of questions.
New videos of Comic Misconceptions go up every Wednesday on YouTube. Here's a little teaser trailer for the series if you're interested:
The NerdSync Podcast
NerdSync originally started out as a podcast wherein I could talk to all my friends about whatever was on our minds in the world of nerd culture. In the last few months, the podcast has changed to become much more focused on comic books, especially comic book movies.
New episodes of The NerdSync Podcast go up every Monday on iTunes, SoundCloud, and Stitcher. We do reviews of the latest comic book films, discussions on fun and interesting topics like comic book movie fan theories, interviews with other nerdy YouTubers, and even occasionally quizzing each other with comic book trivia!
Here's a little snippet from one of our past episodes so you can get a feel for what the show is like:
Other Shows
We also do a few other YouTube shows like Tie-In and Headcanon as well!

Last year, I failed out of college because I was spending too much time making these videos instead of studying. I thought that was going to be the end of NerdSync, but then we saw a HUGE bump in subscribers in just a few short months! Awesome people like you gave me faith that there could be a future in these videos.
The reality of it is, to be blunt, we can't continue to make these videos without your support. We don't make enough money off of adsense to keep doing this forever. With your help, we can keep NerdSync running, and keep making new videos and podcasts every week!
We also want to grow and expand upon new projects. We're always talking about new ideas that we just don't have the time or resources to accomplish right now, things like new shows and even super secret original graphic novels. You can help those concepts become a reality!

We have some great rewards to offer you, and we wanted to keep them at an extremely affordable price. The tiers start at just one dollar per month with additional rewards for those of you who are able to give more.
If you can find it in your heart to give more than $5, we would appreciate it a lot. No matter how much you decide to give, know that we are grateful that you invite us into your life each week to listen to us talk about comics. Your encouragement means more to us than you will ever know.
When this all started, we never thought it would grow into what it has become. It is all of you that make us want to continue on this journey. Thank you so much for taking the time to check out our Patreon page and for supporting NerdSync Productions! You guys are seriously the best!
