An Additional Tutorial
Each term I will provide an additional tutorial -or- a quick-reference sheet. (Now 2-4 total tutorials per term.)
Q&A
Every term I will bundle up some of the questions (2-6) that I am asked and provide a collection of mini-tutorials as answers in return. These questions can be on any subject: if I have answers, I will post them!
Just for Content Creators
Each term I will take one of the tutorials I am already creating for the current term and, where possible, make it designed specifically designed for 3D content creators to use storytelling to help them promote and sell their products!
The PSD and Render Passes
Those folks who've seen my live webinars know that I rarely show the final PSD but, for you folks for the PSD tier, I will include the PSDs and copies of each of the individual render passes for 2+ images. You might be surprised at how much storytelling can go on in these final steps!
The Video Process
At least one of the step-by-step image processes that I put together
each term will be recorded as a time-lapse video so you can watch the
entire process from start to finish. It won't be realtime -- I won't
make you sit through long renders!
Full Backstage Pass
I'm not usually someone who shares their personal works before they're finished, but once we reach this point I'll start posting previews of non-Patreon related works and products before they go live. (Please note: If I have a collaborator on any one project, this depends on having their permission to show previews of their work, too!)
Goodie Bag
Each term, I'll put together a grab-bag of random goodies that I've made myself to give out to
my supporters as a thank you for sticking with me so
long. This could be backgrounds, light sets, shaders, scene elements, the occasional
prop or two, etc. I'll send around previews each term so you know in
advance what you'll be receiving. (This may also be an early release of a larger item later headed to the store.)About
Heya guys! I'm a 3D artist who loves ALL types of art, from watercolor to animatronics, and everything in-between! If you need any help with your 3D art or are looking for ways to sneak tidbits of storytelling into your images, my Patreon is designed to help you grow! You should check out the artists that I follow and support, too, their work is AMAZING!

My name is Mary Williams and I'm a 3D artist and content creator living in the tumultuous (urban/rural) wilds of northern California. My love for creating imaginary worlds and the stories of those who live in them is something that has followed me for my entire lifetime; something I blame my mother for (another artist) who made sure that I could sew a costume, throw a pot, bake up a storm, and draw from the imagination from a very young age.
In my eyes, everything can have a story to it, it's just up to us to discover what those stories ARE for ourselves. However simple or complex our artwork is, it has a tale to tell, and it is these storytelling qualities that breathe life into our work and make it truly memorable to all those who see it.

What worlds do you want to create? This Patreon is designed to help you explore the worlds of your own life and imagination, finding ways to help you tell your stories successfully on a digital canvas the same way that a storyteller would with an open book before them. Whether you are building a webcomic or looking for ways to bring a series of promotional images together, there are as many ways to tell stories out there as there are stories to tell -- and then a few more!
There are many ways to learn!
- Learn By Reading: With access to tutorials, reference sheets, and tips-and-tricks guides, you'll be able to read through a wealth of material that you can apply to your artwork.
- Learn by Watching: Sometimes it's better to see techniques in practice. By watching step-by-step walk-throughs of how artwork is made, you'll learn even more and different techniques to apply to your artwork.

For a very long time I've been searching for a way to write tutorials that are inexpensive enough to reach a wide audience, but still allow me to earn enough of a living so that I can keep on writing them instead of worrying about the bills or how I'm going to keep kibble on my kitty's plate.
Patreon lets me do that. For pledges as low as $2 or $3, you can have access to each of this month's tutorials that you can read or look through at your leisure. You can choose your learning style: watch a step-by-step process, read a tutorial, or refer back to a Q&A for quick tips and tricks that help you sneak bits of story into your artwork.
Patreon charges monthly, so what you are pledging for are the tutorials that are created during the current month. After the beginning of the next month, when Patreon processes payments, I will send you a link containing files for everything you've pledged for in that previous month. If you miss a month and would like to have a set of tutorials that isn't available anymore, the "Reading Shelf" and "Access the Archives" tiers let you choose the pledge rewards for a prior month, too!

Don't worry! I have a FAQ all written up, and it may be found here: http://sta.sh/0txzr5pgni
