Hello Jack and company,

My name is Edgar Camago and I am a video and music producer and YouTuber who lives in San Francisco. I recently left teaching so that I could travel the world and pursue my passion for video/music production full time. This job sounds like the perfect opportunity to do both!

Seems like you're already familiar with me. Thanks for the tweet on one of my favorite projects:

I'd love to be a part of the Patreon family and feel like my ability to film, edit, and compose video & music on the fly would be invaluable to the company. As a creator myself, I would be steadfast and loyal to the company's ethos and mission to serve artists and doers. I also feel that being a creator would aid me to accurately convey other creators' perspectives. I'm empathetic towards creators and can understand the frustration of being a "starving artist." As a former teacher, I also know what it's like to be undervalued, which is exactly why I want to tell the stories of creators and artists whose lives have been changed by Patreon. People need to know -- people need to know that their art is valued and that you can make a living doing what you love! While filming a project on subways and subway musicians in New York I noticed that plenty of people would stop to give tips. I want to help Patreon show the world that people love tipping online too.

TL;DR:
1) I can tell stories about Patreon and fellow creators
2) I can make viral videos for marketing purposes
3) I'm down for the cause. Sign me up!
