I have coached thousands of clients to get themselves out of pain, into shape, and achieve the healthiest blood work panels of their adult lives. My background includes: B.S. Exercise Science, LMT (licensed massage therapist), ELDOA™ Trainer, CHEK 3, MTA (metabolic Typing Advisor), numerous workshops, seminars, home study courses and 100's of books.
