Video Credits. Thank you very much for your support. At this level, any newly produced videos will include your name in the description of the video (or, if appropriate in the video itself) as a supporter of this work; on support, Daniel Page will reach out to you in case you wish to not be named, or if you have a particular name you would like Daniel Page to use. Regardless, a video shout of those that wish to be acknowledged will be made on a regular update video on the YouTube channel.

Requests, Polling, and More. In addition, you will be given priority when making fan video requests. Daniel Page reserves the right to determine if the topic is appropriate for the channel, or something Daniel Page would like to do. Also, you will get access to polling for future video content. In addition, you will get access to the Discord Server (all participant channels).

Early Access and Updates.  Often I will make videos available early to supporters for a few days, before I make them publicly available.

Access to Notes. You will get access to the notes for the introductory computer programming series, 1st Steps to Computer Programming Using Java.  In addition, the short series, Mathematics for Computer Science's notes will become available to you too.

You will receive all rewards from tiers below this one as well.  This includes the opportunity to have your name in the credits of my commercial game dev projects.

About Daniel Page

I am producing freely accessible and high-standard educational content involving Computer Science, especially Theoretical Computer Science. In addition to this, I am creating entertaining content, research, and computer games.

I am dedicated to producing high-standard, unconventional, and entertaining content.  I am a former Computer Science professor and lecturer, and have decade-plus years of experience educating for various levels (from children's education to post-secondary education) and educational institutions, and universities (for instance, The University of Manitoba, Western University, and St. Francis Xavier University).  This is my first journey out independently, and my first business; I have currently no institutional ties.  I want to help as many as I can, cut out the "middle man" and high barriers/costs of going to university to just learn, and I hope you can help support my dream in delivering education to as many as I can: high-quality, entertaining content, no politically-correct nonsense, just great education & learning!

By supporting my work, you will help my goal in making more accessible education, that would normally be only available at the university level (something students normally pay hundreds to thousands of dollars for).  If you are just wanting to learn more and are curious, a programmer looking to enhance your background with more Computer Science background, or a Computer Science student looking for more to supplement your education, you have found the right place to support.  Learning more about Computer Science, especially Theoretical Computer Science, can help you learn more about processes, protocols, and ideas around you in society and the wider world from algorithms to why the things you might do actually work!

I make educational videos so far on YouTube (my channel): https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCQWJuFiSJPAXW6-bnRq_WtA

If you would like to learn more about my academic background, my academic website is: http://drpage.pagewizardgames.com.

I plan to add more tiers of support.  For example, I wish to accompany my free content with written notes and supplementary content for supporters, and make a Discord for those to hang out or ask things.  By supporting me, you are supporting the creation of educational content for everyone, my cause and research, and my goals in creating educational content and learning, entertainment, and games.

About Me
My name is Daniel. You can call me just Dan or Daniel, or if you want to be more formal, Dr. Page.  I am a former Computer Science professor, and have had the pleasure of working for many educational institutions, at many levels (childcare, tutoring, after-school science programs, school program, post-secondary education, and more) such as the Royal Aviation Museum of Western Canada and Mad Science of Manitoba, including universities such as St. Francis Xavier University, Western University, and The University of Mantioba.  I love creating online content, and I have done so for many years such as on websites like YouTube.  I am a theoretical computer scientist by training, and received my PhD in Computer Science (Theory) from Western University in 2019.  My research has been published in peer-reviewed journals such as Theoretical Computer Science, the Journal of Combinatorial Optimization, and Algorithms and have had the pleasure of reviewing for plenty of journals and top conferences.

Have a beautiful day! :D

Multiplatform streaming.  Presently I do my streams (in particular my gaming streams, though I will consider this for my other content) only on Twitch.  At this goal, I can obtain Streamlabs OBS Prime, allowing me to stream to Facebook and YouTube at the same time.  The goal is meant to cover a bottom line for the monthly fees, plus the base amount I use supporter funds for costs of the business.
