Billy Lawrence Dude. This is awesome! Eric is such a great person and inspiration to everyone! By the way, Panic At The Disco is the bomb. Best concert I ever went to back in 2011. Hope their new album is awesome. Haven't been disappointed yet! And HULK 2003 isn't that bad. Haha. Well,...that's pretty much it.

Stuart Yoshida So great to hear Danielle on your first "Calling All Creators" Podcast! Great choice, but I'm a little biased since she's from the same town I live in. I FINALLY got to meet Danielle in person at the Denver Ukulele Festival yesterday, and it was a pleasure to discover she's just as funny and genuine in person as she is on her videos. Novol i'm trying t get w-8ben form done, but i have no idea how to go about doing this, i tried asking patreon for some advice but i pretty much got no help, just "go ask tax specialists in the area" tried calling them but still aint getting nothing, does anyone have any tips or help how to get the form and where to send it off etc? i'm in london

Willam Rose I know what I'm about to ask is incredibly annoying to everyone but I need an upfront answer. Patreon is no help, the FAQ is no help etc. I am a Canadian citizen, I have had conflicting answers that I can use my SSN or that I have to apply for an ITIN. Which one do I use to (SSN or ITIN) fill out the 'foreign tax ID number' section?
