I'm a gamer and a writer and co-host for the bi-monthly podcast Woman Up! all about geekery and feminism.

Geeky Loves: Gaming, comics, anime, and fantasy book series (especially the ones with women leads and/or characters of color)

My backstory:

I've been gaming since I was a child, when I convinced my Grandad to buy me an NES at the flea market. I gamed for many years until one year, in college, I decided to create a website called Nerdy But Flirty. NBF is an all-female geek and gaming website with a focus on diversity. The site grew into a respected indie publication, boasting more than 20 staff members and becoming known as a safe haven for female writers. At the end of 2014, after managing the site for four years, I passed the reins on to KelseyRM, who now runs the site as EIC. My new project is the Woman Up! Podcast, hosted by OhCatrina and I on Twitch every other Wednesday at 8pm PST. I also stream daily!

In addition to that plus a job I'm still not allowed to talk about, I have been working on a fantasy novel. That's where you come in!
