Welcome on my patreon page. My name is Sara Sue Vallee and I’m a personal trainer, actress and content creator based in Montreal, Canada. I created my Fitness Youtube channel in order to help people achieve their fitness goals and feel their best through an accessible and educative approach. By creating this community, I hope to motivate and empower everyone out there to go beyond their limits with confidence and knowledge and let go of self-judgment. I’m a strong believer about the body and mind connection when it comes to working out and aspire to share more and more of that on this channel. My vision englobes variety as to to target a bunch of different training styles in each of the videos as to really challenge the different abilities of the human body, for strength, endurance, cardio, flexibility, coordination, balance and agility; always grounded in effectiveness, creativity and researched-backed information.
