Goals
Now that I have a decent laser engraver unit, I have looked at the power/time/materials budget. While the currency-conversion fees are now gone thanks to Patreon supporting pledges in NZ Dollars, there's still their cut plus PayPal's whack to come out - which is about 12% of the total - and of course the rising costs of... everything.
After crunching the numbers, I need to reach $100/month in pledges in order to have the funds to allow me to start making eco-relevant tokens for patrons whose support has enabled the various domestic tourism feature trips. 
After each trip, the icon used in that feature will be etched onto sustainably-sourced wooden discs that can be displayed as medals or converted to keyrings, badges or brooches fairly easily. A physical reminder of what their support has gone towards, and how much I value their involvement.
These will be given to Patrons in the 'Sentences' Tier and above, and also available to Patrons in the 'Words' Tier who are willing to cover the cost of postage.
