Part Time Job Minimum Wage Marker
This is here for a kind of reality check. If I were working part time, 20 hours a week at our minimum wage of $7.25, I would gross $580 a month. In reality, I tend to work 60+ hours so I'm making $3.15 an hour at this point. :D And yes, I pay taxes.
Character Fan Packs
I will create fan packs for one character a month for the $5 and above supporters. Fan packs will basically be centered around a single character from whatever series you want, of which, I'll make a list of. You'll have access to all of them and be able to suggest the characters. I'll make a list from suggestions and go down the list starting with whomever has the most suggestions. What will they include? You can suggest that as well, but basically:
- A printable pdf
- A wallpaper
- 4 humorous comic pages featuring said character. They may be comics, they may be art pieces, I haven't decided yet. They may be a mix of 4 panel vertical comics and a side piece. They will be in color. :D
Character Fan Pack Mailables
Fan Packs for the $5 and above supporters will be:
- 2 printable pdfs
- 2 wallpapers

Tiff's Happy Point
This is my actual realistic goal. This is my Happy Point, where I make enough to buy all the good healthy food we need, plus pay on the neverending medical bills. This is MY liveable wage and it's not $17 an hour. If I say I work 10 hours a day on average, 6 days a week, that's 60 hours and breaks down to $4.17 an hour. More like $4 an hour after Patreon's cut. :D It enables progress on getting rid of those medical bills and pay taxes comfortably.

About
I began my first online comic on August 20, 1998. It was called Satin and Silk. It was a spontaneous comic strip based on stories I had been writing since I was 12. I had zero background in comics, how to do them, how to write them, etc, and at that time, there WASN'T any such information online! I spent all my free time further developing it and other comics in my spare time. I got married, had a little girl in 2003 with a serious heart defect. She's had three heart surgeries and is going in for a valve replacement on January 22nd. I quit my job in 2006 to stay at home with my daughter and work full time on various comics.
My family consists of my husband (who has the real job), me, our daughter, a stocky little corgi, and the most awesome calico cat ever.
I love creating things and that is ME. I am happiest when I am able to work on things I love.

Right now, these are the online projects I'm working on. I hate using existing shows as comparisons, but it seems to help people determine if they want to try it out.:
Abby's Agency - James Bond meets The Office. This is a project I work on with Mark Mekkes.
Alien Dice - Scifi romantic adventure. Think, Pokemon with grownups and aliens.
Black Rose - Vampires, Werewolves, magical things. In the vein of Harry Potter. Kinda literally. It's like, you go to live with your really rich uncle and learn you can do all sorts of magic! Unicorns are real and EVERYONE wants to kill you!
The Cyantian Chronicles - Campus Safari, Sink or Swim, and Pawprints - Variety of Scifi oriented anthropomorphic comics, one of which is geared more toward a younger audience. (Pawprints) It's just cute. Currently, I'm running Vincent and Filaire as a weekly, full page, in color update that is ONLY available here and to prior Kickstarter supporters!
Serin: Fairy Hunter- What do you do when a project goes under? You rebuild it from the ground up and that's what I've done, because I had some awesome ideas I wanted to see come into fruition and already had the characters and comic panels done for another project. :D After all, I didn't do allll that work for nothing. Serin is about small animals, mostly about Serin, a mouselike creature who's the last of the Queen's Guard and itching for adventure. Only, the adventure he's going to end up on is going to be far more personal than he expected. This is a story geared to all readers.
Shivae! Vas - Vas follows a shivae named Vas. Shivae are utahraptor like creatures who reside on Cyantia and Vas is a very lost chick, trying to reunite with his father and brother. Unfortunately, it's a big world. Often described as Bambi with Carnivores.
If you enjoy what I do, then supporting it is very important, since it frees up time that I can work on comics and other things! Getting paid for the comic work itself means much more than any other forms of revenue I earn.
