SoorenaTV is an expression of me. As we're really beginning to see the implications of coming into the Digital Age, the line between offline and online is becoming increasingly thinner. And so, SoorenaTV is my conscious artistic self-expression in the online world.

Fun Fact: Mid 2016, when I sent in my application to change my legal from "Sorena" to "Soorena" (because I resonate with the latter spelling), I also wrote in my application that I'll have a middle name of "TV". After a couple months, I received a letter back from the name registration department with a certificate of name change indicating that my new legal name is: "Soorena TV Sedighi". Hehehehehehehe.

Why have I done this? Because I have two complimentary beliefs about life:
1) Life is a Dream.
Litteraly. With the exact same physics formulas that govern our sleeping dreams except with some of the values adjusted. For example, one of the formula's is your outer world reflects your inner world. If you have any experience with some degree of lucid dreaming, you may know what I'm talking about. Even in the dream world, you think something and you feel something first, and then, your dream reflects that to you in it's own unique way. "Real", physical life works just the same way. The only difference being is that in dreams, it's instantaneous and everything is incredibly fluid, but in physical reality, it takes a bit more time, and everything is much more...physical. So, if you're thinking "FROGS!", in your dream, frogs would litteraly come out of nowhere and you'd experience them, but in your waking life, it may take you a week, and you find yourself going for a hike in a park, that has a river that you feel like walking in, and then, you stumble upon a place where a frog just jumps out of nowhere and in front of your face. [This actually happened to me last week]. But the fundamentals are the same, and it's how you've been experiencing everything that you've experienced thus far in your Waking Dream.

One of my favourite quotes: "Stop dreaming of living and start living your dream." - Bashar (channeled by Darryl Anka)

2) Life is a Game.
Litteraly. The purpose of it is essentially to have fun. That's why it exists. For the joy of playing it. Just like any game that exists WITHIN the game of life. So that means the purpose of being in relationships with other people, the purpose of eating food, and pooping, and having a body in the first place, and the purpose of having money, the purpose of working, the purpose of every single "mini-game" within the overall game of life is to have fun with it. Now, just like any game, if you don't commit to playing, you won't have fun. But if you're fully committed to playing, EVEN IF YOU'RE NOT DOING WELL, but you're fully committed, then you fully fill yourself with the experience of playing the game and you experience Fulfillment and that itself is one of the most natural forms of fun. Fear? Failure? Pain? It's all part of the game. It's a part of what makes this game so rich. And so moving. And worth playing.

So, that's why I do why I do. Because I see this as my dream. And I see this as my game. I'm here for the experience, and I'm here for the joy of it.

If you're moved to support me, I appreciate every dollar ;)
