Silver
$10 or more per month

I created a 14 day workout plan to kick start your fitness routine. You’ll receive a digital copy of the plan. Kick start your workout routine and start getting into shape!

You'll also receive the benefit from the bronzen level.

Gold
$15 or more per month

In addition to receiving the bronze and silver benefits you’ll also be able to part in a monthly q&a once I have 5 patrons in the gold level.

Strength & Speed
$20 or more per month only 20 left

At this tier every month you will get a new strength workout geared for runners and a speed running workout. This isn't one on one coaching, it's not a training plan. It's new workouts that you can add into your current training plan to become a stronger, faster, more efficient runner.

If you're training for a 5k, 10k, half marathon, marathon or just maintaining your running base this is for you. 

You will also get a monthly Q&A with me.
