Hello ladies and gentlemen, my name is Stephen Wilds and I’m eager to write. I have been doing freelance writing for five years now for many different websites and publications. I have worked voluntarily for wonderful sites like Gaming Rebellion and Blank Man Inc. as well as being paid for my work on Playboy, Paste, Zam, VP Daily, and have even been published in Unwinnable’s monthly magazine. I love video games, movies, comic books, and researching about new things within those genres, and I am here to try and expand on that. I want to write more and do what I love as much as possible. To do this, I am seeking backing from those of you who enjoy my work or simply want a different perspective, with everything from reviews and Top 10s to perspectives and opinion pieces. All of the money earned here will go towards games and equipment I need to make this happen, not to mention allowing me to free up even more time to play, write, and produce content for my readers.

Have a game that needs some extra attention or you just don’t get to see many reviews of? There a gem out there that you’d like to know a little more about or my thoughts on it, this is what you need! My research and game time will go into writing a simple but thoughtful review in 700-900 words, where I’ll break down the game, or focus on my experiences with it, taking suggestions from the commissioning patron. The piece is a onetime fee and can be sent to you for your personal site or I’ll post it on mine and advertise it, depending on what the patron wants.

As with the previous, this is a review of a game, but this one can be of something a bit longer and more in-depth, like an RPG or adventure game that may take me a while, and it will get a lot more attention to detail and time in my console or on the PC. I’ll take a look at all aspects of the game and what sets it apart or makes it similar to other titles, as well as give some in-depth thoughts on my time with it in a 900-1100 word review. The piece can be sent to you to go up on your personal site or I’ll post it on mine, depending on what the patron wants for this onetime fee.

There are a lot of people out there that love Top Ten lists, but sometimes it can be hard to find one specifically on what someone wants, or you just want a different perspective on it. Whether it is the top ten SNES games of a certain genre, or just a casual list that excludes that one title that always gets number one, I can make that happen. This would be a well-researched list with ten entries at the suggestions of the patron for a onetime fee, each with 100-200 words saying why it is important or made it on the list. Whether it is a list of the best, the worst, or the unknown, this will be a collection of entries worth reading. The piece can be sent to you to go up on your personal site or I’ll post it on mine, depending on what the patron wants.
