Decent living and working place
I'm currently living in a small flat where my huge Wacom Cintiq is placed on the dining table, meaning I have to remove it at lunch and diner so my girlfriend and I can eat!
I need to move out to a place where I'll have my own space to put a working desk just for me, not clutering half the living room with my workstation and books.
