Announcing The End Of My Patreon Campaign
So, you've probably noticed my absence from Patreon over the past couple of weeks and the recent decline in my art output in general. This was partially due to overexertion in my day job and partially because of my perceived pressure of having to run this Patreon, which I just wasn't capable of dealing with. I know you all have been very kind to me so this is very much just a psychological thing on my end.
So I'm hereby declaring that I'm going to be retreating from Patreon, and am instead going to be offering commissions at a limited scale again in the near future. I feel like this is more fair to people who want to be supporting my work by giving them something in return directly. I just feel more comfortable with direct business transactions like that.
Again, my sincerest apologies for my negligence in managing this crowdfunding thing, I hope you can understand where I'm coming from with this.
How this is gonna go down:
Later today, I'm going to post all the full resolution files of all the sketches and full pieces I have finished these past weeks, accesible to my 5$+ supporters, and all of my work files in PSD and LIP format for my 15$+ supporters as two seperate zip files.
Then I will switch my payment mode to "per creation". This is so you guys don't get charged anymore without me losing the ability to directly communicate with the early supporters who have not gotten their reward drawing yet. Once I have finished the remaining early supporter pieces, this Patreon will be shut down completely.
Thank you all for the trust and support you've given me, and my sincerest apologies for betraying that trust.
