OH HEY THERE! My name is Tabby, and I am a digital artist; creating art for fantastic clients, making tribute pieces to my favorite games and shows, and creating a well received personal comic.

In the past year or so I have created comics based off of my (then) long distance relationship, and with them gained a good amount of new friends / followers. Creating the "slice of life" comic based on my relationship was a fun and easy way to document my life, as well as connect to my viewers. With that relationship ended, and my ldr comics continuing to be popular, I have felt a disconnect. With 2015 here and a new chapter of my life beginning, I feel it could be exciting to create a daily slice of life comic as I go on this new journey and maybe find that connection again. But this time focusing the subject on myself and self discovery instead of a relationship. A daily comic for the next year is the goal! 

WAIT! A DAILY COMIC!? FOR A YEAR!? Yes, haha. My goal is to create a comic everyday for an entire year. Not only will this push me as an artist, but it will again be a way of documenting this new chapter in my life. Slice of life comics have always been appealing to me, they open up lives of the creators to the readers and allow us all to connect to each other. And as an artist, that is what I want to be able to do - connect to people (connecting to people via making comics about my weird life).

WHY PATREON? I have always seen Patreon as a tip jar for creators - if you like what you see, then you are free to contribute however much you like monthly. This monthly payment will not only help me financially (working a part-time retail job and currently saving for a HUGE move) but will also allow me to have more time to take on larger projects and do more art giveaways/trades (and order more pizza...because let's be honest here, one can never order TOO much pizza). 

Mainly the patreon donations will go to the move out fund - which involves myself and 2 very special people in my life each saving 3-5k and moving out together. Once we are living together the patreon will help us with our rent - thus allowing more time for ART and less time for stressing over getting hours at work.

Higher contributors can get sketches, psd. files, monthly postcards and goodies (US only). Highest tier contributors will get personalized art AND a pizza FROM ME to YOU delivered EACH. MONTH. Once I am all in the new place, set up with proper internet, I will start doing art streams, with free sketches for contributors as well as vlog updates (if you guys are into that sorta thing).

BUT TABBY! I WANT TO READ THE COMIC BUT AM UNABLE TO CONTRIBUTE! Don't fret my friend! This comic is not a Patreon exclusive. I will post weekly "dumps" on my tumblr and twitter which will include that weeks comics. 

All in all, setting up this patreon is very new to me. There will be a ton of updates and changes to come I am sure! But for now thank you for stopping in, reading, spreading the word, or contributing!
