I am an urban ecologist, environmental craftswoman and performance artist. In 2006, as I was waking up to my calling, I started CityTree, a home and stage for my research, craft, art, teaching and performance, in the heart of my beloved home-town, Tel Aviv. CityTree has become an urban oasis for all who seek sanity in the city and wish to live consciously. My home is a hub swarming with people, ideas and action, and I am a happy bee.
Well, sometimes.
Other times, I am in grief. I am aware of the enormous suffering that is taking place everywhere as a direct result of the system which has brought me up so comfortably. I am devastated with the man-made extinction of life on earth. I feel this growing emergency and strongly believe in the feminine spirit of the ecological revolution at hand. I aspire to unite with my calling and be in full expression of it and in service to the big movement of healing.

I share my life with partners and students - we live together as a commune, healing ourselves, renovating our rented Bauhaus apartment, nurturing gardens in the public spaces around us and hosting retreats and workshops. On the practical side, we eat healthy plant-based, home-made food, compost our scraps, save our grey water, turn "trash" into functional items and make our own snacks, kombucha, bread and all household products. On the spiritual level, we keep asking simple questions about the purpose and best practices of human life on this planet. CityTree is my on-going discovery-journey of mother earth and all of her spirits, the elements and the science of life.

I am looking to create new forms of life-performance, teaching and art to express my findings about the very basic circles of life, within the urban settings. "Zero.Home.Soil" is one such action in which I aim to reframe the way we think about human waste, and I hope to be able to develop it further with your support. I will tell you more about it and other revolutionary projects I create or am involved with, right here.

I see Patreon as a platform to make the work I do known to a wider audience and the proceeds will help sustain CityTree which is my home-base, my main art piece and a place of inspiration for many.
With the help of Kira, I will share my eco-tricks and personal practice, arts & crafts objects, DIY inventions and observations with you via posts, videos and personal Skype appointments.
Any amount you feel comfortable donating is greatly appreciated -
Thank you for your support!
