For Nobles with a fondness for 1000 needles worth of a bit extra~
Get your name seen and read at the end of our videos and in our thanks posts, as well as hear and see our podcast and video content a bit ahead of general release.
For the discerning noble who likes a little more delivered for their gil~
All the above perks, with the added bonus of seeing a bunch of unreleased behind the scenes photos from our productions.
We have operated since late 2012 working diligently to bring performances such as "I Want To Be Your Canary", "Ace Attorney : The Turnabout Pages", "Tales From the Shrinks Couch" and "Magical Boys" to life on the stage.
That's not to forget our video work that includes such gems as "Johnathan Dirk : A Life in Film" and the "Brief History of Gaming" series.
The newest spell in our loadout is Podcasting, with our first Podcast "The Tantalcast" going live late 2018, with more projects of that kind in the works.
Come along with us, hop aboard the Prima Vista and see what adventures wait beyond that horizon~
So who are we?
We are a small theater group founded in November 2012 from all across Ireland with a passion for good storytelling in many forms, over the years we have grown quite a bit and performed a number of live shows as you can see above.
Our first major show was "I Want To Be Your Canary" performed at Eirtakon 2013 in Croke Park, of course based on the show performed by our namesake from Final Fantasy IX. With some help from high places we managed to fill the gaps in what was missing in the game and told the full story, to great success.
Where will all this Patreon support go?
Up until now all our productions have been self funded, which as you can imagine can be very expensive, so every last penny gained from our patrons support on here will go towards all of our productions, be they stage or podcast. For stage it will be put to the likes of costuming, sets, props, and even booking venues among other numerous staging expenses. For videos and podcasts, it will go towards equipment and programs, as well as sets and costumes where needed.
To all reading this, we at Tantalus appreciate your taking the time to read through our profile, and hope that even if you decide to not join us here, you'll join us on our adventures via our social media profiles.
