Time to Advertise Tethered!
this will go towards helping to promote Tethered! This will include creating cards which I can leave in comic stores, bumper stickers and any other small physical way possible to help promote my comic! For those of you in other countries who would also like to advertise, I will be able to send you a sticker and some cards for you to leave around busy comic stores (makes sure to ask permission!) to get Tethered really out there!
COMIC CONVENTIONS!
To help Tethered further, and to also interact with my much loved readers, I plan to go to a comic convention held here in the UK (for now!) there I will wander around and promote the comic, this will help go towards material fees, travel and accommodation so I am able to stay a couple of nights for the whole convention (MORE TIME WITH AWESOME PEOPLE!).
New Tethered Tablet!
This is where it gets serious, to create Tethered I have been using a 7 year old, A6 sized tablet. Because frankly, it's all I've been able to afford! For years now I've wanted a Cintiq (AMBITIOUS I KNOW!) but if I could save up to afford one of these beasties, I am pretty sure I'd be able to shoot out more pages when I'm not having to worry about glitchy tablets
*GASP*
Now we are getting serious. If I ever get to this amount, forget kickstarter, I will have enough money to start printing out volumes of Tethered and send them out to all my amazing supporters/readers!
NOW WE'RE TALKING!
If I get to this point then wow... Okay, time to give something back to you guys! This will mean that I will have enough money to save up and actually book a table in a convention in other countries! Here I will do signings, sell merchandise, and for some of you who supported me with a large amount, as thanks....LETS GO OUT FOR DINNER SOMEWHERE :D we can do a Q&A while eating delicious food!

So what's this nonsense about?
I started off the Tethered web comic simply because I wanted to exercise my skills and improve. I never actually thought I would love it THIS much! Everyone has been so wonderful and supportive that all I want to do in return is give as much back to you as I can. But in order to do so, I need to ask for financial support, because right now I am trying to live off a full time job and freelance work that ISN'T my comic!
What can I do to help?
Tethered will always be available for free on the website, but even donating $1 a month would help contribute towards advertising, which in turn will aid in pushing Tethered further out into the world!
So what's in it for me?
In response to your support, to say thank you, you will have exclusive access to a page of Tethered before it's uploaded anywhere else on the web! For those of you who wish to contribute a little more, I am offering hangout sessions once a month where I will answer any questions! And for anyone else who really wants to push the boat out and donate even more than that, I will pull together a little thank you package which I shall gift to you during our hangout sessions!
