The Loading Block is an ONLINE FITNESS TRAINING portal that provides exercise programs for home, gym & hotel use, whilst curbing time, cost & geographical restraints for people who have no time, &/or can’t afford to get to a gym, or don't have access to one close by.

The Loading Block is here to bring the gym to you, whoever you may be, wherever you may be, at very little cost to you....and there is free stuff too EVERYDAY!

EACH WEEK we give you a new 6-DAY-6-BLOCK 10-MINUTE STRENGTH & TONING TRAINING PROGRAM, which we call POWER BLOCK DAILY!

For those of you who have little to no time, JUST DO the 10-MINUTES EACH DAY!
We’ve all got 10-minutes a day...Right?!!!
The BEST PART is, other than looking after your body and looking RIDICULOUSLY FABULOUS, is that THE DAILY 10-MINUTES ARE FREE, just for being kind to your body and for giving back to it.

BLOCK 3 is UPPER-BODY (Arms, Back & Chest)
BLOCK 4 is BOOTY (Just Butt, Ass, Bum)
BLOCK 5 is CORE (Abdominals & Lower Back)
BLOCK 6 is STRETCH (Full Body Relaxation & Flexibility)
