I will be at a point where I will no longer need Ads on my videos, since I will make more on them than I do now.
The Return of Anime Takeover
With this, I will regularly be able to buy Anime DVDs to review, bring back the show in Some Capacity.
Equipment
By this point, I should be able to afford getting new equipment for the videos, like Cameras, Mics, Lighting, ect.
The Best of Shades DVD
This will be a Compilation of some of my best stuff, plus some exclusive reviews I might be able to pull off. I'll also add a new Blooper Reel, and some other videos as well.
Increased Release Schedule
At this point, making content like this will be a Full Time Job, and pay as much as one, so I will likely be doing so. I will work to release a video of some kind every week, meaning an Anime Takeover, A Fandom Paradise, and at least one or two other Random Videos, every month, one a week.
Hiring Site Staff for RVT
We need people to work some aspects of RVT that our Content Providers cannot, and this level of Income would allow me to hire the people that could. Marketing, Accounting, Site Design, ect. None of this comes free, much less cheap, especially if you want it done right.
RVT Convention
The Ultimate Dream, one that I don't expect to reach for a long time, but I'd love to host a Convention for our RVT Staff, and invite guests of all kinds to it. It would truly be a Con of "Anytainment for Anyone"

My name is John, but most people online know me as "The Shades". I am the Co-Founder, and Head Administrator for the Video/Podcast site "RVT Entertainment".
I've been making review Videos involving Japanese Anime for over 5+ Years now, and recently graduated from Connecticut School of Broadcasting, where I've learned to become a experienced Broadcastor, and Audio/Video Producer.
I Love Japanese Anime, from the Art Style, the deep stories, and the culture it brings. It's something I love to sit back and enjoy.
I also love the work of fans like myself. From Fan-art, Fanfiction, AMVs, Music, Games, ect. The work some fans put into their fandom is sometimes greater than the work that it's based on, which always amazes me.
As such, I've put together my two flagship Shows: Anime Takeover, and Fandom Paradise, so that I can feature the Best of both.
