Over the last two-and-a-half years I have consistently, and to the best of my ability, attempted to provide honest, non-partisan and distinctly independent rugby analysis on all manner of topics surrounding Sale Sharks rugby club and provide a platform of discussion and interaction for the club's sizeable community of fans.

Since its founding in the July 2014 I have opted to run The Shark Tank as a non-commerical website despite receiving a number of offers to host sponsored content or sell advertising space. My intention was never to establish the website as a for-profit entity but anybody wishing to contribute to the continuing existence of the website would be gratefully encouraged. The financial support of The Shark Tank's readership would lead to an investment in the site's prospective expansion, which would ideally include the purchase of a unique website domain and an upgrade in the current subscription with the website's hosting service allowing me to expand the website's design features and general functionality.

The Shark Tank, as well as all content on the site, will continue to be free and accessible to all in perpetuity as I hold no desire to turn The Shark Tank into a subscription-based service. However I would be humbled to receive the small amount of financial support necessary to improve the website and expand upon the content and analysis for its readers that has seen The Shark Tank accessed over 130,000 times since its inception.

This would cover the monthly cost of a year-long subscription upgrade to Weebly, the current website host, allowing me greater design customisation options and expanded statistical analysis offering insight into which types of content are better received by The Shark Tank readership.
