The SuperSpeedway is creating NASCAR journalism and podcasting

Thank you for checking out our Patreon page. The SuperSpeedway is a NASCAR podcast and news website run by two friends and former co-workers — myself, Eric Young, as well as James Kuch. The SuperSpeedway began in 2017 after several years of us talking for hours about the sport we both grew up as fans of. After a couple of 6-hour drives to Eldora for the Eldora Dirt Derby, we realized that we could probably host a podcast with our knowledge, and love, of the sport.

So after the 2017 Daytona 500, we did just that. What started as just a fun hobby grew faster that first season that we could have expected, and culminated in us being able to cover two NASCAR event weekends as members of the media, the Eldora Dirt Derby Camping World Truck Series race, and the Pure Michigan 400 at Michigan International Speedway.

Through the connections we made at those races, we have more opportunities this year to continue to grow. But we need funding to do that. Neither of us want to clutter our site with popup ads or put our content behind a paywall. Instead, we hope that you will see the value in what we are doing, and that you will invest in what we can do going forward, by becoming a patron.

We appreciate all the support we have received, and hope to continue to grow and cover more and more races each year. We also have aspirations to branch out into other sports as well, such as AMA Supercross and IndyCar, as well as smaller stock car series like ARCA, the K&N series, and more.

Thank you for everything, and don't forget to visit us at www.thesuperspeedway.com.
