About

I maintain and curate a central location for resources dedicated to medieval reenactment and living history. I also document my journey through creating an impression for living history events of the early 15th century, sharing my experiences to guide others. I use my successes and failures to lay out the path for those who want to follow me down it. While many good resources exist online for various topics, time periods, or subjects; The Turnip of Terror is a unique central location for the Medieval Living History and Reenactment hobby as a whole. Everything from recommended book lists, to indexes of reenactment groups, to useful online research tools and more  are available in an easy to navigate and attractively laid out format. In addition, and unlike most any other link repository around, I maintain an active commitment to eliminating dead links and updating information within it constantly so the website maintains relevance and authority.

Your support serves to enable me to continue to maintain the website, update its content, and curate its features. It allows me to develop more advanced tools to further support the medieval living history and reenactment community.
Goals
2 of 30 patrons
I have a number of projects in the works which require a significant increase in both upkeep time and the website's infrastructure. With 30 members in the community I will expand the website's resources to include an interactive event and reenactment group location map and real time event calendar.
