Hi readers and welcome to the Patreon page for Lost the Plot, the monthly podcast by Tinted Edges!

My name is Angharad and I love books. Tinted Edges is my book blog and the place I host all my book reviews and writing related projects.

This Patreon page is going to be the way that book-lovers can support my biggest project: the Lost the Plot Podcast. Lost the Plot is a monthly half hour podcast where I explore different book related issues and interview authors and big players in the industry. I absolutely love the challenge of finding new book news stories and book-related things to talk about, and meeting all the people I interview on the show.

I've already completed Season 1 which you can check out for free here and I'm really excited to launch Season 2 with a new way for listeners to support this project that I love so much.

Lost the Plot is my most time consuming project and requires the most financial investment when it comes to technology, travel and tickets to events. Each episode takes hours and hours of planning, liaising, scripting, recording, editing and, finally, putting it up for everyone to listen to.

It would be fantastic if Lost the Plot could break even so I can keep producing, recording, improving and hosting this podcast for a long time to come. You can help keep it going by supporting each new episode via Patreon.

Here supporters will get early access to episodes of Lost the Plot, sneak peeks into next month's episode, updates about what books I'm reading and hot tips about upcoming book events. There might even be some giveaways!

Lost the Plot will always be available to stream and download for free, so if you love the show but can't pledge right now, please follow Lost the Plot on SoundCloud, subscribe and leave a review on iTunes, follow the Tinted Edges blog, like the Tinted Edges facebook page and share my podcast and reviews with your book-loving friends.

Thanks so much for visiting!

I am absolutely honoured. You get access to exclusive supporter-only content plus:
As soon as you sign up, I will ask you to nominate one book of your choice, and give it my most thoughtful of reviews. It can be a book you loved, a book you want to torture me with, a book you can't be bothered reading yourself, a controversial book, a rare book, anything! The only criteria is that I can't have reviewed it on my blog already.
  • early access to each new episode,
  • sneak peeks into upcoming episodes,
  • 4 personalised book recommendations a year,
  • unfiltered on-the-fly review previews,
  • going into the draw for occasional book giveaways, PLUS
  • ONE BOOK REVIEW REQUEST PER YEAR.
Goals
$5 of $50 per podcast episode.
$50 a month would help me pay for web-hosting so I can make sure my podcast has a home when SoundCloud inevitably implodes.

If I reach this goal, I'll do a special podcast episode with a lucky one of my patrons on a book-related topic of their choice!
