It might come with tingles and your hair might stand on end. It’s like the ring of truth - is ringing you.
Frisson has been associated with flow states, awe, enlightenment, the rising of Kundalini or the presence of God. It’s an involuntary physical experience of self-transcendence. This experience is scientifically linked to massive increases in dopamine, shifts in worldview and closer relationships. The world’s greatest geniuses have reported tapping into forms of this experience to receive their world changing ideas. Now everyone can, and if they do, it will change the world...
