Hello friends, and friend I haven’t met yet!

Who are you, and what do you do?

I like to call myself Arbor when I’m futzing around on the Internet, and I make messes. I also draw.
Drawing is something terribly important to me. It makes my day better to put pencil to paper, stylus to tablet. I feel lighter, I smile more.

For a long time, my identity as I knew myself Was Art. I didn’t think there was anything more to me than my ability to draw. As I grow and learn more about the world, I know that’s just not true of anyone. We are more than what we make - but it’s still, and always will be, something important and precious and dear to me. It’s a huge part of my life, and I happily share it with you, Patreon or not.

So why Patreon?

Think of it like a tip jar. I am sharing my art and work with the world regardless of what happens on this page. I’m not asking for funding on a specific project, I’m not offering huge incentives or exclusives to get money. I’m just doing what I love - and if you like what I do and you want to stuff a dollar in the tip jar then I would be pretty floored and beyond grateful.

If you can’t or don’t want to help support me while I make a mess, hey. I get it. It's awesome that you like my stuff anyway. I am so grateful to you and your interest and appreciation!

As far as I know, for now, nothing I post on Patreon will be exclusive. You can still see the final images, the sketchbook pages, the art elsewhere. It may be slower, but it'll all be there, and I appreciate that you want to see it.

Thank you!
A dollar may not seem like a lot to some people but I am so grateful to know that you're there, and you're interested in the things that I do.
