I've had ads on my site since 2012 and in that time I have managed to raise about $100. Over two years. In exchange you get to see some ugly videos and blocky text ads at the bottom of every article. This is just bad for everyone. A couple dollars per article would be more than enough to get rid of the ads, and then you could read my articles using Adblocker and not feel guilty!
