At the beginning of every month, the podcasters will post a random bonus. We might pull something cool from our stash like an outline, a synopsis, a deleted scene, an early draft, an unedited work-in-progress, fan-fic, a puppet pattern, presumably hillarious outtakes, or something even more amazing, sure to delight the hardcore fan or shed valuable insight for an aspiring writer. You will also gain access to every lower pledge reward.

Writing Excuses is all about giving back to the writing community, and this pledge level is your chance to pay it forward by contributing to the Writing Excuses Retreat Scholarships. These scholarships allow promising writers who can't afford it on their own the chance to come to a six-day, all-expenses-paid writing conference, taught by the podcasters and a rotating schedule of amazing guests. By pledging at this tier you get all of the lower pledge rewards, which effectively makes this a more expensive version of the $10 reward level, but your main reward is knowing that your extra $10 a month is going directly to help a struggling writer. Pretty cool, huh?
