This is a page to house recordings of live virtual -because that is a thing now- classes. Different levels will also have additional access to tips for asana, some cool stuff with props, some of my philosophy/psychology stuff and how this relates to yoga and normal every day life, there may be some crystal and oracle card stuff... basically we are gonna have fun becoming better versions of ourselves. 
The first step to enlightenment is lightening up. 

By joining the Patreon, you are accepting all personal responsibility and liability for your safety. Though the videos provide instruction, this is general instruction and you are responsible for listening to your own body. Do not do any poses or techniques that cause you pain, panic, or increased blood pressure. If at any time you are feeling anything other than stable, take child's pose or other rest position for as long as you need. Asana (poses) are only one part of yoga, so if you need to skip some things it is perfectly fine.
