I am creating a series of podcasts to promote my business intelligence service known as Reporting Accounts, we have information and insights covering more than 4.8million UK companies, my plan is to monetise the site using paid credit reports, but meanwhile more development work is needed to get to that point.

A little about me, I'm Adrian Lawrence an experienced Accountant, I have been qualified for more than 25 years including 12 years within the ecommerce sector as CEO of an ICANN registrar. I am best known for building the successful Article Alley brand in the pre Google Panda days.

So far we have made really good progress, we collect data on a daily, weekly and monthly basis from Companies house and parse in the html of the 100,000's of records that get filed with the UK Government each month, we have been building our presence online for the last 18 months and our user and traffic are both growing steadily.

We need a big push though so hence why I am seeking patrons to help me cover the costs involved in the further development of the site and to allow me to spend more time devoted to the task. I currently work for Reporting Accounts one day per week.

There is a lot more to do and we are developing podcasts as a way to market the site and to build subscribers to our service, I enjoy making the podcasts and it means the time I spend reading the financial press each day can be used to the benefit of the business.
