Are you a geek? I am, too!
Every week I talk to another geeky person about the things they love. I've interviewed game developers, systems administrators, developers, journalists, and a bunch of other interesting people. The catch? They almost all belong to a group underrepresented in geekdom: women, people of color, religious minorities, members of the LGBTQ community.... Less Than Or Equal is a platform from which all of these talented people can talk about anything ranging from their projects, the games they're playing, and the challenges they've faced.
I know that I'm hugely biased, but Less Than Or Equal is an excellent podcast, and I'd like to do more with it. I am, however, paying for all of the show's expenses out-of-pocket and turning down freelance projects so that I can dedicate time to the show. I could use some help paying for hosting and equipment upgrades. If we can rally together enough money, the Less Than Or Equal community may even be able to sponsor events like AlterConf or help me to attend diversity-focused events.
