Upgrade Our Gear
$2,000 per month
The Alloy Seven operation is pretty much being held together with duct tape and even we are tired of the blurry, poorly-lit shows filmed with a cell phone camera that auto-focuses on its own volition. At $2000/month we can upgrade our cameras, mixing equipment and microphones to bring you better looking and better sounding game reviews, community discussions and training videos

Our Gaming Community is full of passionate players who demand the best from our games and who strongly desire to connect with other players in meaningful ways. Your voice and your passion are the life force of our community. I want to be a part of making our community stronger using YouTube as a platform to enable our collective voice.

I've dedicated Alloy Seven to this vision and with your support, I can continue to provide you with the following free services to aid your channel's growth and to strengthen the ties that bind our community together:

YouTube Training Videos for Gaming Channels

  • Help you build your YouTube channel with a solid foundation to support perpetual growth
  • Help you develop your vision to convey significant value to your viewers
  • Help you earn revenue with your videos while avoiding the pitfalls of Content ID Matches and Copyright Strikes

Gamer Life Community Video Discussions

  • Provide a safe environment for you to share your opinions on gaming-related issues
  • Connect you with other players and video creators to build an even more powerful network of passionate video game fanatics
  • Amplify our collective voice such that the gaming world can hear what we have to say

Player-Focused Game Reviews

  • Help players understand how they will experience a game versus simply telling you what I experienced
  • Provide in-depth commentary surrounding the games we love (or hate) such that designers, developers and publishers can take action on our critique and feedback
  • I constantly engage with our community after publishing my reviews to continue the conversation

Why is Alloy Seven asking for your support?

Your support enables me to keep the proverbial lights on at Alloy Seven such that I may continue producing free videos to empower, engage and inform our fellow players and video creators.

Consulting and training fees can cost over $100 per hour in the corporate world. Your support enables me to help you and other creators who may not be able to afford such fees to continue growing your channels and sharing your voices on YouTube.

Whether you're a player who wants to offset the cost of your gaming habit with entertaining videos, a professional who wants to run your gaming channel full-time, or the gaming philosopher who has life-enhancing stories to share through our favorite pastime, I want to empower you to reach your goals and have a positive impact in our community at large.

Your support  also helps me acquire the necessary equipment and materials to produce even higher-quality videos. Further, you'll help me to free up more time to spend with my first love: my family!

As a supporter, you'll receive exclusive bonuses each month not available to the general public. See below for details.

With all this in mind, if contributing to our vision financially would put any type of strain on you or your family, please do not become a patron at this time. Trust me when I tell you that I know what it's like to live on a tight budget or even in a check-to-check situation. Your first priority should always be you and the ones you love when it comes to your hard-earned cash. For now, allow me to continue serving you with our free content and by responding to your questions on our videos.

Who Am I?
My name is BC and I've been helping clients develop their brand presence online since 2005 (Web Design, Web Development, Public Relations and Communications). I've served as a consultant for many organizations from the federal government, to non-profit institutions, to small business owners working to sell their goods and services online.

Behind that corporate facade lives a passionate musician and video game fanatic. I played in numerous bands playing live shows as far back as 1998. In 2004 I built my own online gaming community where I shared my amateur game reviews. I've also served as a moderator for Sony's Playstation Underground community.

When my son was born, I had to hang up my microphone to focus on my family and my business (I kept writing reviews, though). My music and desire to entertain would take a back seat. Then came my attempts to make music and comedy videos on YouTube in 2007. They were pretty terrible, but a solid introduction to the YouTube platform.

Fast-forward to 2012 when I started Alloy Seven as a channel designed to combat what I felt were industry game reviews that lacked empathy for the players watching them. I wanted to use my channel to help fellow video game fanatics understand what they would experience in a game versus just telling them what I experienced. So my small team of writers and friends created our Gamer Category Review System

In 2013 I ran into numerous problems uploading my game reviews and let's plays thanks to YouTube's very strict Content ID system. I used my connections in the press to get in contact with the major game developers and publishers to ask them for permission to make and publish my work. To my surprise, many of them were extremely timely and helpful in getting me the permission I needed to run my channel and monetize it properly.

I published all of my findings on our website and eventually made videos to support it with hopes that other creators going through the same pain would find it helpful in managing their content and their channels.

I believe that together, we can accomplish what none of us can do alone. We can build a stronger gaming community free of the stigma that follows us around today. That's why I want to help other creators like me who are putting in countless hours to build their channels on a crowded platform. I would be humbled and honored if you would share in our vision and support us with your time and money.

Thank you so much for your support! It really does mean the world to me and my family.
