Hello, my name is Amanda Hayes. I am a nutritionist and enthusiastic, if not talented, endurance athlete. I have always had a keen interest in health and wellbeing and recently changed careers from lawyer to nutritionist. After completing a Masters in Human Nutrition in 2018, I founded Amanda's Wellbeing Podcast where I interview people with expertise in fields related to nutrition, physical health and mental health. My aim is to inspire listeners to eat well, move well, think well and be well. Producing and delivering Amanda's Wellbeing Podcast is demanding in terms of my time (equivalent to a full-time job) and finances (for production costs, equipment, IT support and bandwidth). To enable me to continue to provide inspiring content and source excellent guests for the podcast, I would be so grateful for any support you are able to give Amanda's Wellbeing Podcast, whether it is a one-off contribution or a regular pledge.
