hello every2... its andrew "old big bear" bear (née cl*tworthy) here.
I have been writing songs since I was a little tiny boy, and I have continued that tradition into my dotage (31). It never paid anything, I did it because I was doing it anyway. I truly love music. Even though I have a very nice day job, it doesn't bring me the kind of joy that creating music does. The industry has become very difficult to navigate without guidance, of which the helpful variety isn't particularly easy to find. So I'm going to give this a shot in a way I can manage.

My plan is this... I am going to release two songs a month publicly, for free (this is its own thing, separate from the other musical engagements I have like RPAW). People who want to support what I'm doing can contribute a dollar a month and get EVERY song I create in that month. This will always be at least four new recordings for subscribers.

This is literally music I would be playing anyway, I just want to commit it to record and give love to people who like what I've done. Some of these will be covers and instrumentals, I'm not promising four fully-fleshed out pop songs a month, but I will always do my best to keep it interesting. Boring music - and I hope I'm not out of line in saying this - sucks. Here's a dumb story: in 2011 i was informed about a "thing-a-day" concept art showcase that i signed up for and was super excited about. i prepared 31 songs in the month of january, and then the event got canceled in february. but hey, i did it, and it was fun. a handful of those songs (and a huge pile of my recordings from the early 2010s) can be found on my old bandcamp at https://clotworthy.bandcamp.com/ if you're curious.

anyway i'll shut up but thank u. i love u. thank u to greggy's best friend dixon who made the cover image.
