Hello. My name is Andy and I'm the creator behind Andy's Shed, a website and YouTube channel all about history, inventing things and fixing old broken stuff. Wheter you want to build your own 'cargo trike' or are restoring an old telephone, Andy's Shed is the place for you.

There are now more than 80 videos on our YouTube channel, including the increasingly popular 'Andy's Shed Live' which broadcasts from our base in Derbyshire, England. The first series of live shows comprised of 11 episodes and a second series quickly followed. But with help from the community of viewers we hope the show will soon be up and running on a continuing basis throughout the year.

As well as the Shed, there is now a second series of videos which find me (and sometimes others) out and about at interesting locations, events and roadside attractions around Britain. Escape The Shed (ETS) started in September 2017, and continues with occasional episodes which can be found on Youtube and also at andysshed.callpress.net

We also have a growing back catalogue of 'how to' videos, which is expected to grow further. These normally focus on how to fix and use vintage equipment of all kinds from stationary engines to telephones.

The long term goal is to produce regular high-quality broadcasting on the YouTube platform that can easily be viewed on all kinds of devices, but especially the new generation of smart TVs. We want to take the best ideas and standards from traditional television production together with the creativity and technological breakthroughs of the modern internet broadcasting world  to make an enjoyable and easily accessible range of programming.

Your support is a a massive help, particularly as we switch to full time production. With your help we can make more content and give more time to interaction with viewers.

Thankyou.
