Owner of the long running anime site & store, Chuck's Anime Shrine. Been a video game programmer, content creator since the early days of Newgrounds in 2002.
In addition to being a lead programmer & dev (in video games, AR and VR), I'm also a video editor, blogger, web designer, voice actor, Let's player, animator and even dabbled in sound editing and music composition.

Chuck's Anime Shrine was one of the first sites to host and create AMVs before the arrival of YouTube. Began posting those AMVs to Newgrounds where, until 2012, they stayed in the Collections. To move on to more original work, I created an Flash animation parody of FFVII characters in 2003 called Sephiroth Vs. Mogs that was on the Top 5 Flash animations then.
In addition to learning how to animate in Flash, I was at the time in college with Computer Science as my major. My goal then was to be a video game programmer & developer...this was back before it was ok to say you did that in CS. In addition to learning C/C++/Java, I taught myself Flash's actionScript in hopes to use my knowledge of Flash to create some games for Newgrounds.
