You like mini-comics yeah? About sex? Yeah you do.
$400 per month
If this goal is reached, it means that you are helping me not ONLY pay for my rent, but also my utilities too! THANK YOU!! As a thank-you, I will create a mini-comic about THE WORST SEX I HAVE EVER HAD!! That's right! It's a really funny story I like to tell over drinks in dive bars, but it is about time I turn it into a mini-comic for the masses. Here are some sneak peeks about what this comic will entail: a birthday party, tegan and sara, a three-way, cheating. Sorry/not sorry.
New TECH for me-New Patch for you!!
$500 per month
This goal is huge, and as a result I am able to rest assure that a good chunk of my expenses are being paid for. To celebrate this, I am going to buy myself something new, probably a tablet or a non-broken scanner or a color printer that works most of the time! This will help me make even MORE comics for you! As a thank you, I will mail everyone out an embroidered patch (something rad! something queer!) that you can wear with SO. MUCH. PRIDE on your own jean jacket!!
COMFORTABLE!!! Here's some *tattoooooos*
$600 per month
I am now able to live comfortably with Patreon! This means MORE COMICS, more rad free things for everyone, more time for activism and making art that matters to me, and not needing to scramble for funding! Thank you all so much! As a thank you, I will draw THREE RAD QUEER TATTOOS for all of you to put onto your body! Or three rad illustrations for you to print off and frame if you'd rather them not permanently on your own body. I will also turn them into stickers and mail these stickers out to all of you. I will probably get one of these tattooed onto me.
100 Given To Others, every month.
$900 per month
900 isn't a lot of money to live off of, but I really love giving back to my community. If I ever reach this goal, 100 bucks of the 900 will be donated to a local LGBTQIA non-profit/organization/event every month. Activism is important to me and so many amazing events or protests or what have you need cash money to survive. Especially smaller programs that are catering at a local level. I'll be sure to post an update every month letting you know exactly where the money went and why I chose that place.

About

I am a queer and genderqueer cartoonists and zine-kid. I am currently drawing comics for Autostraddle.com, a queer women's online magazine. Last October, my graphic novel Out Of Hollow Water, was published by 2D Cloud. You can find my comics online, in anthologies, and self-published mini-comics and zines. I am working on two new projects: Selfie, a graphic novel about two queer best friends who struggle to surround themselves with the queer utopia they imagined post-graduation, and Donut Shop, a zine about body dysphoria and anxiety.

I'm a cartoonist and zine-kid who spends most of their time drawing comics about two best friends on  Autostraddle.com, a queer lifestyle website. My comics and zines tend to center around queer themes, ideas, and characters and can be either silly, educational, or honest and emotional. Sometimes all at once.

I recently published a zine called, "A Cheap And Easy Introduction To They/Them Pronouns". My work is usually fun and character-centered, but not always. My first graphic novel, Out Of Hollow Water, explores the more serious issues of body trauma and recovery.

By supporting me, you're not just giving me more time to create and draw, but also allowing me to continue to experiment and evolve my comic style. You are helping me to publish my work and keep it accessible and cheap, most of my comics are five dollars or less. I want to be creating beautiful and thoughtful work, but also want it available for anyone who wants it, whether that be free online or spending a few dollars on a physical copy. You are also helping to support a queer artist and activist.

The rewards are rad too!
+Access to my Patreon blog for exclusive SKETCHES! and writings and occasional lesson plans from the gender and sexuality class I teach, and sometimes rad PDF downloads that you can wheatpaste or distribute or do whatever type of activism with as you'd like!
+Mail art! These are little surprises that come from my heart and go right into your mailbox! Content will vary, usually small original art or stickers or magnets or other tiny items that I create.
+Larger gifts! Larger artwork! Zines! T-shirts that I stenciled with cool words or pictures, homemade patches! What a surprise!
+Alllllll the hand drawn art! Portraits of you and your friends as if they were a part of my rad, jean vest wearin', tall-bike ridin', Miller High Life drinkin', friend gang!

Thank you for reading and supporting my work!!
