Welcome to the antCGi Club

I really enjoy creating tutorials and tools for my YouTube subscribers and the support you’ve shown me is amazing, so I’d love to be able to give you more and upload on a more regular basis. I’ve been looking for ways to try and do this and it looks like this could be a good way for us all to benefit.

Who is antCGi?

I have been working with digital media in one form or another for over two decades now. Although I have a foundation in game development I can also turn my hand to visual effects and more high end production work, as well as illustration.



During this time I have written three books, as well as regularly contributed tutorials to various magazine, (3DWorld & 3DArtist) as well as created content for Digital Tutors, (now Pluralsight) and CGTuts+ to name but a few.


What Rewards Are On Offer?

Although all my videos are freely available on YouTube, and this is something I want maintain, being a member will give you access to all the source files which accompany each video, so the models and rigs, plus custom made scripts and tools.

With your help I also plan to create the following, with the goal being a variety of tools which will allow you to automatically rig any character. My ultimate goal, once I have enough patrons, is to build you a fully modular rigging system.

  • Hand & Foot Rigging Tool - For generating finger and foot controls.
  • Vehicle Rigging Tool - With wheel support for realistic rotation and ground level.

These are just the beginning, and where possible I will create tutorials to show you all how to create these tools and rigs.

Auto Limb Script Enhancements
At this stage I will update my auto limb rigging tool to support quadruped limbs. I will also add the option to build a ribbon based limb, along with roll and twist joints.
