Exact your revenge on the scientists and science writers propagating some of the greatest liberal conspiracies of all time like: gravity, the heat death of the universe, and wasps. Every month, a group of scientists will be forced to subject themselves to a terrible movie of your choosing, brimming with science that is, at best, questionable. All you have to do is donate to vote on which movie you want to subject us to next. Every month, we'll pass your donation on to a different organization that is making a difference. As proof we've served our time, we'll deliver a podcast episode reflecting on the cinematic horrors we've witness so you can laugh as the world ends. We’ve only got twelve years left, so come squander your precious time with us and the worst science Hollywood has to offer.

Anthropocinema: a podcast for the Anthropocene. You can subscribe on Anchor, Apple Podcasts, Breaker, Castbox, Google Podcasts, Overcast, PocketCasts, RadioPublic, Spotify, and Stitcher.

Meet the Anthropocinephiles
  • Rebecca Boyle is a science journalist who usually writes about space, but worries all the time about the only habitable planet we've got.
  • Kate Marvel is a climate scientist at Columbia University and the NASA Goddard Institute of Space Studies, neither of which approves of this at all.
  • Shaena Montanari is a paleontologist, science writer, and clever girl.
  • Maryam Zaringhalam is a molecular biologist in exile living in the swamps of DC with her shouty cat Tesla.
